I led the usability testing and redesign of the parking management companion app, identifying friction points in navigation and onboarding through moderated sessions and user feedback. Using these insights, I redesigned key flows and interface elements, improving clarity, reducing task time, and delivering a more intuitive, user-centred experience for the next product release.

It enables residents to stay updated on news, events, & announcements, submit service requests, and connect with neighbors through a clean, intuitive, and accessible interface.
